We invite our customers and visitors to participate in the TapestryBiz.com “Win a Blanket” quarterly online contest sweepstakes.  The first place winner will receive a lovely Art Blanket (of your choice) from our collection (suggested retail value:  $78.00 (Including Shipping & Handling).

1.   Prize:  One prize will be awarded per contest. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  The winner will receive:  one art blanket (of their choice) from the current "Collection" being offered, although TapestryBiz.com will make a suggestion for marketing purposes. The retail value of this prize is $68 (including shipping & Handling.)

     No transfer or cash equivalents for the prize can be made.

2. Eligibility:  The "Win A Blanket" contest is open to all individuals, 18 years of age or older, who are legal residents of the United States.  Anyone living in a state where the Sweepstakes is prohibited, taxed, or otherwise restricted under rules or regulations is also ineligible.  TapestryBiz.com disclaims any responsibility or liability for anyone who enters when it is illegal for them to do so.  By entering, entrants agree to waive any additional rights granted in regard to sweepstakes by the state in which they reside.

3. Selection and notification:  One winner will be selected by TapestryBiz.com staff from all eligible entries via a random drawing held approximately one day after the end of each Sweepstakes period.  The potential winner will be notified via email (or by phone, if applicable), using the information provided when entering the Sweepstakes.  The potential winner will be required to respond to the notification to acknowledge acceptance of the prize.  The email will serve as the prize voucher.  If no response is received from the potential winner within five business days from the first notification attempt, or the potential winner is found to be inelibible or does not comply with the Official Rules, or the potential winner fails to claim the prize in accordance with the instructions provided by TapestryBiz.com or fails to return a complete and executed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) as described below, the potential winner may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected by TapestryBiz.com.  TapestryBiz.com is not responsible for winner notifications that are delayed, lost, misdirected, or misdelivered.

     The official winner will be announced on the TapestryBiz.com website within 24 hours of the end of each contest.

     TapestryBiz.com reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Sweepstakes at its discretion for any reason including, but not limited to, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond its control that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

4. Limit one entry per person.  You can only use an email address that is registered in your name to enter the Sweepstakes.  The email address must be valid and must be capable of receiving incoming email. You cannot allow another person to enter the Sweepstakes using your name or email address.  Once a name or email address has been used by an entrant, that name or email address cannot be used by another person to enter. Failure to follow any part of the Official Rules can lead to disqualification from the Sweepstakes and ineligibility to receive the prize.

    Entries completed by other than human means will be disqualifed.  Entries from blacklist domains or any email addresses deemed to be potentially harmful to the TapestryBiz.com website will not be accepted.

    As long as you stay subscribed to TapestryBiz.com for email updates and the Newsletter, you will be qualified to win.

5.  Prize redemption:  The potential winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release and any applicable tax reporting forms within two days of being declared the potential winner. The potential winner shall also be required to provide a Social Security Number before receiving any prize.  The prize must be claimed by the winner is is not transferable.  Sale of the prize voucher is strickly prohibited and will render it void.  Failure to comply with the Official Rules or TapestryBiz.com's instructions for claiming the prize may result in forfeiture of the prize, and a new potential winner may be selected by TapestryBiz.com

General conditions:  Exept where prohibited by law, entry and/or acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for TapestryBiz.com and its agencies to use the winner's name, address, statements, biographical information, image, and/or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including, without limitation, online.

The Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules.  By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of TapestryBiz.com, which are final and binding in all respects.  To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapestryBiz.com reserves the right to change these Official Rules at any time by posting an amendment on this website, on this Sweepstakes page, which shall become effective immediately upon posting.  TapestryBiz.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; violates the Official Rules; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.  CAUTION: any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, TapestryBiz.com reserves the righ to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

     This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California without regard to conflict of laws provisions thereof.  Any dispute arising hereunder shall be subject to jurisdiction in the State of California, USA. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.  If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.  No waiver to these Official Rules will be effective unless in writing and signed by the party against which enforcement is sought.  The failure of either party to enforce its rights under the Official Rules at any time for any period shall not be construed as a waiver of such rights.
