• 0 commentsI grew up in a small town in Nebraska, but my family didn't have any horses. I always wanted one, but my mom said we just didn't have a place to keep one, which we didn't. We didn't know very many people that lived on a farm or who had horses because my dad worked on the railroad and not on a farm or ranch. As it turned out, I was only able to ride a couple of times while I was growing up. Later on in life I was able to take riding lessons for a while, gosh I loved that so much!

We have a winner! Johnny B from Montana is the winner of the December. 15, 2008 drawing of "Win A Blanket" sweepstakes. Johnny has asked for special consideration in that he would rather have a tapestry than a throw. He has a large blank wall in his living room that would be perfect for a tapestry. TapestryBiz has allowed him to make up the difference in cost from what the winning throw would cost compared to what the tapestry would cost. He has picked "Dogs Playing Poker" the new version, appropriately named "A Bold Bluff" with nice bold colors.

Dear Susan,
It has been a joy working with you as you picked out the winning blanket. I would have liked to be able to ship your prize by Christmas, but unfortunately, due to the large volume of business over the holiday season, it was impossible. I always thought it was nice to receive gifts after Christmas anyway, that way it is easier to remember where the gift came from, versus opening several gifts and getting them confused as to who gave you what. Know what I mean? I will let you know what your blanket ships, and please, let me know when you receive it.

Johnny has asked for special consideration in that he would rather have a tapestry than a throw. He has a large blank wall in his living room that would be perfect for a tapestry. TapestryBiz has allowed him to make up the difference in cost from what the winning throw would cost compared to what the tapestry would cost. He has picked "Dogs Playing Poker" the new version, appropriately named "A Bold Bluff" with nice bold colors.

Dear Susan,
It has been a joy working with you as you picked out the winning blanket. I would have liked to be able to ship your prize by Christmas, but unfortunately, due to the large volume of business over the holiday season, it was impossible. I always thought it was nice to receive gifts after Christmas anyway, that way it is easier to remember where the gift came from, versus opening several gifts and getting them confused as to who gave you what. Know what I mean? I will let you know what your blanket ships, and please, let me know when you receive it.

• 0 commentsI couldn't believe I actually won something. I am so excited! It was such a hard decision picking what blanket I wanted, and in the end I picked the Magical Pinto blanket because it had purple tones it in and purple is my favorite color. Thank you so much for picking my name.

Let's get started with the most important item first. We just closed the "Win A Blanket" first quarterly sweepstakes last night at Midnight. And the Winner is: Susan O., from Georgia.
